What we take off your plate

Recurring contracts and one-time work, scoped to your building and your hours. Most clients start with nightly janitorial and add from there.

NIGHTLY

Commercial janitorial

Offices, professional suites, and retail. Trash, restrooms, break rooms, glass, vacuuming and hard-floor care on a set schedule you can plan around.

DAYTIME

Day porter service

An on-site presence during business hours for lobbies, restrooms, common areas, and the small things that go wrong between cleanings.

PERIODIC

Floor & carpet care

Strip and wax, buffing, burnishing, tile and grout, carpet extraction. Scheduled quarterly or annually so it never becomes an emergency.

CLINICAL

Medical & dental facilities

Exam rooms, waiting areas, and lab spaces cleaned to healthcare expectations, with bloodborne pathogen–trained staff and documented procedures.

PROJECT

Post-construction cleanup

Rough, final, and touch-up cleans that get a finished space ready for occupancy — dust, debris, fixtures, glass, and detail work.

FEDERAL

Facility support contracting

Custodial and facility support services for federal and military installations, including set-aside contracts under SDVOSB.

Our story

Named for two trees that never go bare

The Douglas fir stands over the Puget Sound. The live oak spreads across Georgia, wide and low and impossible to move. Neither one drops its leaves and waits for spring.

That is the promise in the name. A building under contract with EverOak does not have an off-season, a slow month, or a night where the standard slips because it was inconvenient. The work is the same on the four hundredth night as it was on the first.
